The apartments must be vacated by 9:00 AM at the latest upon departure.
The apartments are ready for occupancy from approximately 4:00 PM.
Payment Terms
Upon booking, we kindly request a deposit ranging from €350 to €1000 per apartment.
Only after we receive the deposit is your booking confirmed.
Final Settlement
We kindly ask that you settle the outstanding balance in cash on site by the day before your departure at the latest. Unfortunately, we do not accept debit or credit cards.
Parking
We would like to inform you that we provide one parking space per apartment for up to four people. For bookings of six or more people, two parking spaces will be available.

The general terms and conditions for the hospitality industry (AGBH 2006 - deviations in §4 end of accommodation and §5 cancellation fee) apply.

We recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover your costs in case of an early departure due to unforeseen circumstances such as accidents, illness, or severe weather.
